I read on another board that the TWC Managers in NC were just told that a deal had been made and they will have the SECNetwork by Aug 14th as well.

DirecTV is saying it's basically done as well now.

Looking like it's a good chance we're available to over 80 million households on day 1.

It's going to more than double conference revenue in year 1...

Does the Xfinity thing mean that you will be able to stream the games online if you have Comcast internet? I have Direct TV television and Comcast internet.

No. You have to have it in your Comcast TV package to watch it through Xfinity.

You have to have the subscription to the appropriate TV package. For example, if you have the basic package, you can't get ESPNU on WATCHESPN.

It already did once Cox signed on. At this moment, SECN has 10 million more subscribers than the Big Ten Network did at launch.

This ensures SEC dominance for the coming decades. It's just too big to fail.

Last i heard, Comcast and TWC struck a deal to merge.

Announcement back in Feb.

Ramblings from today's hearing about it being unfair.
