Yeah, I don't get it either. They offered Greedy Williams, Kristian Fulton and John Broussard before camp though. They obviously have a plan in place..idk

Thanks. Has he been to previous camps before at LSU and just didn't get an offer yet?

They definitely wanted him to camp but I don't think an early LSU offer would've really mattered. He's been enamored with Bama for a while now.

Not sure. But even if he had it would've been as a freshmen in high school. Only corner I can think of that got offered as a freshmen recently for LSU was Kevin Toliver, and no disrespect to Carter who looks like a damn solid corner prospect, but he's not Kevin Toliver

Yeah, every staff does it differently, but that is puzzling. Guess we will see what happens moving forward.

Congrats Bama. Nice pickup. LSU realised Carter was going to Bama a while back and that's why they haven't offered. We'll be even after John Broussard commits to the Tigers.

Oh man LSU is definitely hurting for cbs. With the #1 corner committed for 2015 and a bunch more talented guys coming here , I'm not worried

I don't see how that's backhanded. When Bama offered, it was over. There wasn't anything the staff could do. Carter and his people wanted Bama. That simple. He's a really good player and will definitely have an impact for y'all at the next level. I'm fine with it because we're probably going to get the No.2 and No.3 CBs in the country next year. Broussard has connections to Louisiana and has spent a lot of time in Lafayette and seems to really like the idea of coming back. He's already visited a couple times and I'm pretty sure he'll be at the camp in some couple weeks. It'll be a battle but I think he'll commit to LSU sooner rather than later.
