What's this about. I don't go often but it hasn't happened in the past. Do you have to let them? Can you tell them to frick themselves and keep walking?

After my dad got back from Afghanistan every time they asked him he just said: "frick you" and kept walking.

You don't have to show them anything. He's Military Police.

That's never happened to me at Wal*Mart but they do it at Sam's.

Are you in Mississippi?

Just google it. Happens all over the country and a surprising number of customers go apeshait and put a beatdown on gramps/granny over it instead of either submitting or just saying 'no you may not' and walking out.

Not going to waste time looking for it, but I also recall a case were granny/gramps grabbed the customer and insisted and ended up getting arrested themselves.

I've seen it done but it's never happened to me.

I don't know how they can possibly select customers for exams without being accused of some kind of descrimination.

Also, I don't see what being an MP in Afganistan has to do with being a total douchebag in the United States. WalMart is private property, not a base.

Yea, you can't grab a customer. Had a coworker one time that grabbed some guy that he thought was stealing and trying to leave the store. Customer gave him a black eye and walked away with an apology for grabbing him.

When someone asks to check your receipt without having any suspicion of you doing a crime, people are touchy on it.

Telling someone to frick off after they've accused you of something isn't a douchebag move, that's just not liking aggravated suspicion.

frick off might be superfluous, but it's what most people feel like saying.

A mature adult understands that it's a minimum wage earning senior citizen trying to do their job, which required them to check a certain number of customers per shift.

Telling someone who is most likely a senior citizen to frick off for doing their job is a dbag move. You could just say no or keep walking. Most are just trying to supplement their SS or fill their sad boring days.

Or companies could not randomly accuse you of stealing shite without a reasonable assumption to do so.

That's just me.

Yep. So go complain to the company instead of being a dbag to someone with absolutely no control of it.

Do you apply this to police and soldiers? ;)

? I don't act like a dbag to police or soldiers. I haven't had any run-ins that required me to go to police supervisors. Not sure what you are getting at?

"Just doing their job" defense. Come on, man. Comprehension may not be your strong suit, but it's not impossible to parse my premise.

Well, I'm not a dbag to cops and I don't deal with soldiers so yea, I do apply that same reasoning.
