For Papa DirtyDawg I would say eating shrimp and lobster dip from Longhorns mixed with an outlaw ribeye and a fully loaded potato.

Unfiltered wheat beers, stouts, the FiberOne granola bars I eat everyday, and any green vegetable with cabbage being the worst. Jalapenos used to, but I guess I eat them so often now my body is used to them.
