The new College Football Playoff Trophy is to be unveiled Monday.

I have a feeling I'm going to be underwhelmed by it. Hopefully it won't look too bad against all those Crystal Balls in TTown when it's sitting next to them at the end of the season. Oh, and less than 50 days til kickoff.

It needs to be a golden trophy of Bear Bryant holding up a trophy of Nick Saban holding a trophy.

Is that thing supposed to be huge? From that pic I get the impression that it's roughly the size of my 6th grade honor roll trophy.
