ETA: Where is Reynolds, GA and how come they only give you a 1000 ticket for weed and don't haul you to jail?

Well I've never seen that anywhere else. I've known plenty of people busted for weed and none have ever just gotten a ticket without making a pit stop at jail.

Reynolds, GA is on Highway 96 between Warner Robins and Butler on the way to Columbus.
It is a major speed trap with speed limits as low as 30 MPH on a very wide four lane highway.

For those of you who don't read the secr, it just came out that he was driving a purple dodge charger.
Seems odd, for a poor college student getting by on pell grants and such and can't afford a decent meal and goes to bed hungry and stuff.

Some of them legitimately are really dumb and buy or lease a car without any legit sort of income outside of their food stipend and grants. Others get the cars by way of relatives who either buy the car as an investment in their own family members (thinking that the kid will be making bank in the NFL and will always remember to give back to dear old uncle who bought him that sweet car in college) or it has been given to a family member by an agent looking to tamp down a potential client.

How about this then: Auburn should be ashamed of themselves. They have sold their academic soul on the alter of football, and - even so - they ended up being the team that ruined the SEC streak in the BCS. Congrats!
And when they tank as a football team they have nothing. So great - they've got a thief at QB and they're getting another thief at safety. And what for? Fleeting success once or twice a decade at best? And national scorn 24/7/365.
So congrats Auburn - you were 2nd in the nation in college football last year and a national joke of a university. And that's as good as it gets for you. Period.

Yet that speed trap is know for only one thing that I know of, the Silver dollar speedway. Every weekend it is packed with trucks, cars and bikes, all trying to improve on their 1/4 mile time.
