Why didn't LSU offer him until 2-weeks before signing day? He is from LA and would be the starter at LSU this year.

Dak wasn't supposed to be this good. I saw him play in HS, he was just a good HS QB. Pretty good scrambler but not great. Inaccurate but strong arm.
