This is an example. In America, we call this a "strip mall". But in Oxford, home of the Harvard of North Mississippi, this is what is known as an "upscale retail complex".
Did y'all hear? Such fine eateries as Salsaritas will be going in there. Be still my beating heart. Imagine if it was truly fine big city upscale cuisine like Chipotle! The Oxford sophisticates would faint dead away.

Everytime I drive through Mississippi, I look for places to stop but never see anything except casinos. No wonder traffic is always driving so fast to get out of there.
