Does the SEC get 10 1000 yard running backs this year?

With the weakening of old school SEC defenses and more high powered offenses, do we break the ceiling of 10?
We had 8 RBs and one QB in 2012 break 1k and 8 RBs in 2007.
I think these 10 can and will.
Gurley-UGA
Collins-Arkansas
Williams-Arkansas
CAP-Auburn
Yeldon-Bama
Taylor-UF
Davis-USC
LF-LSU
Robinson-MSU
Lane-Tenn

I say 7 maybe. Not confident in Lane. Didn't UT lose a lot of oline?

Malena is gone & no other aggy RB will smell 1k either.

Malena is gone and we will divide up carries between four backs, so I don't think we get a 1000 yd rusher.

Agreed. We will run more, but just share. Should have 2 guys around 700 and another around 300.

I think it's definitely possible, but it's hard to predict how teams will divide up carries. Mizzou's had a thousand yard rusher five of the last seven seasons. However, next season it will depend on if one back can set himself apart or if we split carries evenly among our top three guys. Our top three backs are all 1,000 yard backs if they get starter carries.

LF will get close to 10,000 yards by himself. But seriously, he'll probably only get around 3,250 yards since it's just his freshman year. But after that, look out...

The 3 Headed Dragon (Magee, Hilliard, Fournette) will all surpass 1k with at LEAST 5 TD's a piece

Mizzou will have one....book it

1000 yard rushers: (RB or QB)
Arkansas could get 2 - it wouldn't shock me
LSU might share too many carries, but they certainly could have 1 or 2 if they wanted to
Alabama will have at least 1
Auburn will have at least 1, wouldn't be surprised if it's 2 because of the QB
Georgia will certainly have 1
South Carolina will certainly have 1
UF - maybe
Mizz - maybe
Vandy - maybe
MSU - maybe
TAMU - no - divided carries
UK - no
UT - no
OM - no
Then you have to figure in injuries and such - I would say that 7-8 is more likely.

Maty Mauk will have the most rushing yards on mizzou.

I imagine Mizzou will have a 1,000 yd back. They had two guys last year being Josey who each went for 600+ yds with good YPC averages.

I think Marshall will again, if you are counting QBs.

Collins broke 1K last season and Williams had 900+
so yeah...very possible, but Korliss Marshall will take some carries from them. He's DMAC fast

I am not but if we added QBs, then Marshall and Dak are definites and maybe Mauk.
