Need help with the rant on my phone

I have an iPhone 5s and I have this site saved as a bookmark. Every time I exit out, whenever i go back to the site I have to re login every single time and it's getting annoying. I checked the "remember me" box but that doesn't work. Has anyone had this problem/ any ideas on how to fix this?

You are probably browsing on private. Turn it off if you want to remain signed in.
I just use the auto fill and tap two buttons when I open the website. Pretty easy.
