Has Les turned LSU from a stepping stone job to a coaches graveyard?

Before Les, LSU helped Saban land the Alabama job, and can also be credited with helping Bill Arnsparger land the AD job at Florida. If Les were to get fired in a couple years, would anyone in their right mind want to takeover a program spiraling towards the ground like LSU?
