Ole Miss Fantasy Auction

Since there aren't enough Ole Miss threads...
The NCAA has brought down the banhammer on the athletic program known as Ole Miss. Starting in 2015-2016 school year they will no longer be allowed to participate in college athletics.
Mike Slive, being his generous self, has agreed to sell the program's facilities and traditions to the remaining SEC schools. The only catch is that each school is limited to $200,000,000.
What facilities and traditions would your school purchase? Prices listed are in millions.
The Grove - $150
The Vaught - $75
Hot Women - $75
Freeze - $75
Manning Center - $50
Alumni base - $40
Nightlife - $40
Swayze - $35
3 "Championships" - $30 (50% Bama discount)
Kennedy - $25
Bianco - $25
Faith based recruiting - $20
Bucky's teeth - $15
Tad Pad - $15
Walk of Champions - $10
Landshark - $5
Hotty toddy - $5

This. I would like a similar size and structure starting in foul territory and endind in right center with party deck at bottom right up next to the fence. Then right-center to left foul territory, the same lounge that is currently there.
Also replace the palmeiro center with their indoor facility, just the practice part, leaving our baseball diamond on one side.
Whatever the cost for those two and keep the remaining millions. TIA
