fricking battered in flour; I straight up get an IRL boner from chicken fried bacon, crispy or floppy.
If it ain't battered, I prefer floppy as shite.

The question is best way to cook the bacon.
I've got two options for the best bacon but both are time consuming. The first is to make a bacon gravy and let the bacon soak in that for 30 minutes. Then throw it on a smokey grill and let it smoke to perfection.
The other is to stick it in a cast iron pot and put it in a 225 degree oven for hours. Perfectly crispy delicious bacon slow cooked in its own fat.
