Williams-Brice getting new sign

Kind of an appetizer for the plaza remake coming next year.
Its supposed to be a digital sign with a banner running along the bottom for ads I assume. It'll look great from the Gamecock Park (think thats what the new fairgrounds are called
)

Nice, although I don't see how there will be room for a digital banner, unless there is going to be one under those windows.

I am so happy about the WB renovation along with the surrounding area. Up until a few years ago you could hardly tell it was ours. It was just a giant concrete structure that happened to have the Gamecock painted on the field. I think Spurrier came here, saw that, and realized that is not what an SEC atmosphere is supposed to look like.

I've got some pictures I have got to scan and upload and share. Actually, I think I know someone who may already have some digital versions of the new area around the stadium that I'm going to try to get him to email me today and share with y'all.
The drawings are pretty sweet.

I'd really like to see a few before and after pictures of the stadium and surrounding area when everything is finally done. We've come such a long way from being the SEC's doormat and I am proud that WB is showing that that is no longer the case.
