My youngest is a flower girl in a wedding on the 5th, and the rehearsal is tomorrow night. This will also be a completely dry event, and we had to accept since it's family.

How is everyone this evening?

This is not an option for this wedding. We would bring shame to the family.

That doesn't sound very fun UMTR... Isn't it kind of selfish to get married on 4th of July weekend ? Is the wedding at least here in Shelby County ? Hope you don't have to drive very far for it.

The groom is military, and this is the weekend they gave him off for it. :(. I'm sending you an email too.

Exercising your rights, I like it. Make sure you're drunk when you do it.

I'll probably be ready to drink a magnum of wine by the time it's all over.

It might be a blessing that it's dry. I'm sure cops will be everywhere. Make the best of it.

I will be with friends and family tomorrow.

I refuse to attend any wedding that is dry, on a holiday weekend, or on a football weekend. I don't care who is getting married. That's how I roll.
