OU will ask for a hardship waiver for him to play this season. If it happens I may never watch college sports again due to total lack of faith in the system.

It'll happen. Trust me. Believe this or not (I care less either way), I have a high school buddy who works for the NCAA.

What he's hearing is that DGB will be allowed to transfer and play immediately because he was never charged with a crime.

Sad, but it's coming.

At least Mizzou doesn't have to play against him, even though I'd like the opportuntity for our defense to shut him down. If our defense forced him to have an incredibly embarrassing game...it would be worth it.

Whatever. He's a moron who can play football. If he doesn't get it right he'll never amount to shite.

Chances are he'll do something else monumentally dumb before its all said and done.

I wish no ill will on kids...but he's a retard. He might be the closest thing to a true life Forrest Gump, except a tPOS.

We don't seem to need anymore spots, we are having trouble filling as is.

So...it's basically better for teams to not kick kids off the team and just keep them on scholarship and not play them.

DGB has two years of eligibility left. I'll be surprised if he winds up using one.

But OU may win 5 straight titles. Want to put some money on it?

If the NCAA grants this waiver, they won't be doing him any favors, really. Think about how long it took him to catch on at Mizzou. Seems Like part of his problem is him thinking the rules don't apply to him. He needs to learn a lesson here. That said, I can see them doing it.

If he had another act of violence with a women while at OU wouldnt they be facing some civil liability in court? Im obviously not a subject matter expert but wouldnt the victim of such violence have some significant recourse in the courts towards OU?

No because OU is a chosen program.

Kilo, if he had been charged that might well be the case. But he wasn't. So, with a clean record, I can't see how OU would have liability. I'm not an attorney though.
