I can confirm that former #Mizzou WR Dorial Green Beckham is visiting the #Oklahoma campus today.

Not sure if this goes here or the MSB but felt it was newsworthy.

Not unless he got a waiver from the NCAA.

Drug bust, maybe. But he showed serious flashes last season.

After whipping Bama I can see why he would want to play for Stoops.

True, plus the pass defense for Auburn didn't hurt.

they were originally in his top 3 as per the article that came out after his recruitment.

quote:

The next morning, the Beckhams met with the Sooners coaches, who seemed to think Dorial had made his visit to commit to Oklahoma, Tracy Beckham said.

But that was not the plan, and when the Beckhams headed for their car, Oklahoma co-offensive coordinator Jay Norvell anxiously walked them all the way out, Tracy Beckham said

He will be 3 years out from high school and eligible for the draft after this year? I would think he would just workout and declare for the draft after the season? Is that the general assumption or is he really thinking about coming back to college?

We feel like we could play them in the first round of the playoff's. Shrewd move by us, IMO.

His draft stock isnt that high yet IMO. He needs a break out season if he wants first/second round status.

Yep. If he declared he wouldn't go high in the draft and would have to play through a crappy lower round contract. He's easily got early 1st Round talent but has to prove he can clean up his act and play.
