Surveys show that lists have been known to have a 74% rate of treating mental disorders effectively.

Most of them are wildly inaccurate because they're written by national guys trying to evaluate every position at every school. That's a lot of work and most writers are lazy this time of year.

No opinion, really.
I usually read 'em, but I don't have feelings either way.
I don't think they're meant to be anything more than one person's/publication's viewpoint.
But I often get a kick out of the inevitable bickering that ensues.

That and if there are still position battles, most seem to count that as a loss in their rankings, meaning they do not value it as high as a set roster.

They aren't.

ESPN has been doing a top 50 basketball coaches list over the past 5 weeks listing one per day on the top 25, the criteria is the writers own, his ranking is his own opinion, but it has created bitch fests on several boards from those who do not like a coach or love a coach to show how "right they are" in their opinions of the coach.

What it does for ESPN is drive up page hits, so advertising contracts must be up and they are looking to show numbers to justify an increase in advertising costs.

7. Ole Miss
8. UGA
