Personally, I don't trust Georgia.

I don't think any of those teams finish with less than 8 wins.

Bama, LSU, and USC (under Spurrier) have proven very consistent over recent years so that leaves Auburn and Georgia. Two rather inconsistent teams. Of the two I lean toward Auburn losing more games than people expect

I see Georgia falling. LSU maybe around 7-8 wins at worst. Auburn will take a step back too. I don't see any falling to .500 though.

If any of them do, it will be LSU IMO. A couple of serious preseason injuries on that OL and things could get ugly in a hurry.

None of those teams will do that poorly.

We are all glad for Vandy with the recent NC in baseball, but when talking about football and laying an egg you should really leave that to the big boys

None... Could see a 9-3 or 8-4 because of schedules, etc.

We have lost 4 or more games maybe twice in the past ten years, and not once over the last 4. We will be okay

Not sure what your basis is for thinking this. LSU is known for rotating lineman in and out pretty regularly. With injuries we might lose experienced players with more starts, but the talent to fill those positions is available.

If you would have said poor QB performance or DLine I could see your point

Because you're going to be relying heavily on your running game and defense to win you games. If, say, Alexander and Porter were to go down for an extended period of time to open the year, then I think your D would damn near need to be pitching shutouts to win any games. JMO

For one, I'm not sold on Mason, and two...

"Another secondary starter, safety Josh Harvey-Clemons, was dismissed from the team this winter and is transferring to Louisville to join former Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham.

The 5-foot-10, 165-pound Wiggins had been relegated to mostly a backup role this spring under new coordinator Jeremy Pruitt who promised no starting job was secure. The spring ended with two walk-ons running with the first team in the secondary."

Seriously, who's in the defensive backfield?

Wouldn't pay much attention to that, Pruitt just trying to light a fire. We have plenty of guys at CB. We also return our 2 safeties that started in the Nickel formation (our most often used) last year (JHC slid to the Star role).
