i can't watch it. Hell, I just read Abby's letter to fans and it made my throat all tight. I would rather not be in a sad mood.

I'm not the type to get emotional...I'm more introverted in times like this, but this one really does hurt inside I've been thinking about it nonstop since Sunday morning. I knew people who were close to him. I'm only 27 so we weren't too far apart in age. They say when you're young you really think you're invincible. I really did when I was younger. I lost a close friend 2 years ago when he finally succumbed to the effects of being a paraplegic. This & Phillips death have really made me reevaluate myself. You look at someone like him & no way does something like this happen. Just no answers for me. Sorry for my outburst...

As much as it hurts, I'm watching this.. I would regret it if I didn't. He meant so much to so many people, including those who never met him.

I hope beyond hope that they put it on Youtube after because its either my connection or the over-loaded feed, I'm only getting like 5 out of every 50 words and it makes it impossible to watch.

I'll be honest with you and I said this in the thread on the rant, but Chette Williams is making me cringe. I'm not really sure what to make of his memorializing of Phillip.

Anybody else go? Just got home, that was tough. Pretty awesome turnout though.
As awful as it is the guy made his 23 years count and certainly succeeded in his goal of positively effecting so many people as was obvious by the turnout tonight. WDE and RIP #43

I was there as well. I know it was very powerful for the family to see how many people turned out. Very glad I went. Loved the video tribute too.
