What was your Paleo lunch today?

Mine?
Crispy turkey bacon egg whites omelet with fresh avocado mix and hot sauce
Recipe:
4 slices Turkey Bacon
3 eggs - Two egg whites, One full egg
1 Avocado
1 tbsp Cilantro
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Green Onion
Hand full of Mushrooms
teaspoon of Lemon Juice
Cook turkey bacon to crispy texture.
Mix avocado with crispy bacon, cilantro, diced red and green pepper, diced green onion, and teaspoon of lemon juice.
Cook 3 egg omelet with mushrooms and add avocado and bacon mixture toward the end.
Add a dab of hot sauce if desired.
I paired this omelet with a green smoothie.

I've been eating like this for a while and I love it. Also I regularly exercise and lift so Paleo seems to fit that lifestyle.
I look good and feel good, so there's that.

I don't miss the food as much as I thought I would. I have plenty to eat and I feel full. And I feel great.
