where would Saban be today if he had coached at , let's say west virginia - instead of LSU?

You can only give another coach a little credit for one year. Good or Bad. Just like Saban gets all the credit past 2007 at Bama. You can have all the talent in the world and not coach them to do anything. Just look at Chizik and Gus a year later.
