SEC Schools as Beach Body Workout Series

Alabama - Power 90/P90X: The foundation. May have been down for a minute but stormed back with a vengeance...and better abs.
Arkansas - Body Beast: Because Bert is fat and a workout named "Body Beast" would fit him. It probably involves a lot of eating.
Auburn - Focus T25: Because they can't maintain success for extended periods. They need short, focused spurts of awesomeness.
Florida - Slim in 6: For how many games Muschamp is gonna win this season...IF HE'S LUCKY. LOLMUSCHAMPSUCKS.
Georgia - 21 Day Fix: Because that's as long as they can keep any prospects on campus before they transfer to Auburn.
Kentucky - Hip Hop Abs: "We're jusy happy to be here, guys. Let's just dance!"
LSU - LES MILLS PUMP: I don't know what this workout is, but dude's name is pretty close to Les Miles.
MSU - INSANITY THE ASYLUM: Inmates. tPOSes.
Ole Miss - Rockin' Body: We got hot chicks.
Missouri - Brazil Butt Lift: I really don't know. This is the last one I did and it's the only workout left. There's a gay joke here somewhere, though.
South Carolina - LES MILLS COMBAT: Because they're like the LSU of the East and they wear camo...and that equals combat. (I'm running out of workouts.)
Tennessee - TurboFire: Butch Jones seems like he's on speed.
TAMU - Turbo Jam: Because of Pearl Jame I can't hear the word "Jam" without thinking of jizz. So here we are.
Vandy - Tai Cheng: This sounds like a pretty progressive workout for nerds or something. It's all foreign.

That actually sounds like some of that Crossfit bullshite. Once you start crossfit, all your friends will know.
