Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty bad (outside of the ribs).
There was one other chain place like that that was atrocious and nearly inedible one time, but I can't remember which one.

Roy Roger's on Jersey Turnpike. Bottom burger bun was like it had been soaked in a sink before serving.
