My grandchildren are in school.
I remember the day Holtz was hired like it was yesterday ... over 15 yrs ago.
I remember the day my Dad came home with our first TV ... and the first time I heard FM radio and how it came-in so clear ... and the day I installed 8-track tape in my car.
When I see how old Paul McCartney looks.
When I think about what a great country this used to be ... it breaks my heart watching what it is becoming.
I remember the day Holtz was hired like it was yesterday ... over 15 yrs ago.

When I see any number of child actors from the 90s and what they look like now.
When I show up on campus for the first home game of every season, I'm instantly reminded of how long its been since I was a student and how much everything has changed.
And when I see my dad getting old and gray, and think to myself I don't have much more time to spend with him.

Our solar system formed 4.6 billion years ago and we only have 500 million years left until the sun becomes too hot for us to be comfortable on earth. It'll pass in a flash.

The OJ Simpson chase was 20 years ago last week. Holy shite, its been five years since MJ died, I remember exactally where I was when I heard it and what I did that night. Also the wrinkles on my forehead from over sun-exposure make me feel old.

I have a real job. It feels like it was only a year or so ago that I was in high school, showing up for band camp senior year. It's been over a year since I was in Tiger Band at LSU

Seems like yesterday I married my wife. We'll complete 16 years of marriage in August. My oldest, who was just born yesterday, too, it seems, turned 10 in March.

I remember when he was hired at Arkansas like it was yesterday. I remember when the SEC had 12 members and they included Tulane and Georgia Tech. I remember Haley's Comet's around the clock.
