I personally love it, especially a day old and refrigerated. Dear Lord, it's amazing

My wife loves it.

I have a penis, therefore I eat whatever cake is presented to me. No questions asked.

Hmmm.

You guys give a lot of thought to cake and toppings.

I didn't even know red velvet had cream cheese icing as an option. I really need to stop and ask what I'm eating next time.

My mom's cream cheese frosting is fan-fricking-tastic. Love that stuff, it's my absolute favorite! She makes this cake called hummingbird cake, it has 4 layers and some fruit in it, and here from-scratch cream cheese frosting. Some southern living recipe or something. Amazing.

My aunt has the most amazing red velvet cake recipe. I literally won't give it to people when they ask, it's that good.

We all lived in Savannah for a while, and that is where she picked it up.

I did not know not having it was an option.
My wife's aunt makes her one every year for her birthday.
God bless her soul

Even with gluten? Or is this free for all rule just for gluten free cakes?

I'm not allergic to gluten.

I try to stay away from it because I think it influences inflammation and is not conducive to Ankylosing Spondylitis, which I have.

I'm not gonna turn down some cake every now and then. Plus, I drink beer, lots of gluten in that.

I just try not to make it a daily dietary choice.

Could care less about their health. It's one of those old recipes that's so good you just don't give out.

Think of Bush's family beans, but only good.

Red Velvet cake is really just chocolate cake with cream cheese icing.

Mind blown.
