Need to temper expectations, this could be a 4-5 year project before we see some big dividends.
I was never impressed at all with Snyder or Haith's tactics, at least Suitcase Mike tried to coach tough defense.

My expectations simply are that KA get the program turned back around to respectability, both on and off the court, by the time he retires and groom another in the Norm Stewart coaching tree to take over from there. Anything more than that is just icing on the cake. And I love icing.
