Idk why this is an article anyway because not a single one of you will be pulling for us.

But something I found interesting: he used the term "baseball dynasty" to refer to MSU. Do y'all actually consider yourself a dynasty? Because the only thing I'm aware of that State has accomplished is a handful of trips to Omaha without a damn thing to show for it.

If any of you want to show numbers comparing OM and State over the last 15 years that would be great. I know y'all love bringing up subjective time frames for football.

Y'all make it to Omaha for the first time in 42 years and all y'all can talk/link about is State. Enjoy it man, don't pay any attention to State fans. We're not in Omaha and y'all are.

So when we make it to Omaha you discredit it, yet that's all y'all have been talking about among yourselves. I've seen many of your fans say they don't care how well y'all do there, all that matters is that you made it....

It matters to me. I want to win the national championship. I just lulzed out loud when he said "baseball dynasty"

Please, nobody gives a shite about Mittittippi Tate. This was the only thing you mouth breathing retards had to hang on to. Now ole miss has surpassed you at "your" sport. I had a state fan tell me he'd rather state cancel their sports programs than have ole miss in Omaha. That is fricking obsession

STFU and enjoy not being at home again.

I have alienated myself from (what seems to be) the entire fan base of MSU because I WILL be rooting for ya, only because I believe that anything good that happens for either school is a win for Mississippi. Fans on both sides always want everyone to hate the other side, "Because they don't root for us. They do this, this, this, and this to make us look bad. They hate us so we should hate them." frick that. Everyone needs to get over their backwards arse logic so we can move forward as a state.

When I hear dynasty, I think of a long history of success. Omaha is a success whether you win it all or not. You can't honestly deny that.

If the Bulldogs aren’t in Super Regional play or Omaha, fans just aren’t satisfied.

I think this has a large role in context to his dynasty comment.

So, Ohio St. Football is a dynasty by that logic.

I think he was referring to a dynasty in baseball compared to the other sports at State. I don't know of anyone that considers us a dynasty in baseball now or ever.

The definition of dynasty by academics implies a single leader over the bulk of that period, a great example being John Wooden who led a college basketball powerhouse at UCLA for over a quarter century.

LSU in the 90s was a dynasty. State is a historic power but they are not nor ever were a dynasty. Texas (who has been to 35 CWS) has only won 6 over the last 70 years. They are not a dynasty.

State baseball isn't even a top 5 program in the sec, and you're falling farther behind every day with that clown coach.

They arent a baseball dynasty... They've been selected as a host site once over the course of the last decade... Twice if you count them hosting a Super by winning a road regional and the 1 seed losing on the other side of the bracket back in 2007... Meanwhile, other SEC schools like LSU, Florida, South Carolina, Vandy and Ole Miss have all been chosen as host sites at least 5 times over the past decade... In the end, SEC coaches are judged by trips to the CWS and that comes with the territory in this league.. But programs are judged on hosting postseason baseball and being selected as National Seeds... jmho.

They did put together one hell of a postseason run last season though.
