I can't see us getting Peters. He appears State-bound. We have a better chance with flipping Leo than signing JP IMO.

Yeah it wouldn't surprise me either way. I just think that state is going to have a hard time holding onto him if we win the egg bowl and have a better season, which I believe happens. Don't get too hung up on who his leader is. In November it was us, January... LSU, now state. State is telling him he's a safety and he knows he's the best one once he steps on campus there. That will be tough to overcome, but we usually get who we want after egg bowl wins.

Would be a really good class except for at wr and lb. Missing on elite MLBs again this year would be disappointing. WR because of the offense we play in. I can see only taking one DT because we took a few last year, but I see us with one more CB.

I think it will be another close game and I won't be surprised if we both have 8 or 9 wins going into that game depending on how we do vs A&M and Aub.

Bundy.. When was the last time it didn't come down to the wire for a kid that we really wanted within the state? When will you ever learn? I'm not saying we lead for him or would bet that we get him, but I do feel we win the egg bowl an in doing so we will get one of three in Peters, Lewis, and Adams. Equal chance IMO and just picked the one who has two teammates on our team and his younger 4* on team says we lead for. It's the first draft in June. It will change I promise.

Updated. Justin Martin has been speaking highly of us and most consider we lead. Very long rangy CB that we are telling will come in and replace Senquez. With him, Webster, Jones, and Tee our CB's are the best we've ever had

4. Gabriel Campbell 3* DE (Going to be a stud, most underrated in this class IMO)
5. Desmond Tucker 3* DT (I'm not sure if we've offered)

Update: Yancy had some very strange vague things to say about Peters recruitment. Nothing fishy or anything, just the normal reading between the lines that we are not in a good spot currently for him. He also insisted that we are going after Gabe Campbell harder than him but like Peters, we are on the outside looking in with Gabe. As I said before I believe we win the egg bowl and in doing so lock up one of three tough gets in Adams, Peters, and Lewis. I chose Peters originally because State has Adams brother and Bama has Leo, while we have Peters teammates. Until Adama says we are not his currently sole leader, I'm just going to stick with him as being that one. Still think it will be a tough pull.
