Of the 'Flagship' Schools in the SEC, which would the SEC gain from replacing?

Specifically replacing with a non-flagship school.

The list:
Alabama
Ole Miss
USC
UF
UT
Arky
LSU
UK
UGA
A&M

Possible replacements that would improve(non-flagship):
GT
FSU
NCSU
Okla State
Baylor
UL
ULL (Not sure if flagship or not).

Thoughts?

Stupid requirement. It's obvious you just want to keep U of Texas out of the potential replacements.

In that vein, I vote to replace A&M with Texas.

We didn't designate ourselves a flagship, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board did.

Usually the "U of" is more flagship than the "state."

UL is no exception.

well if it's all about academics, as some have claimed, then yea they are the exception. Tulane would get the title of tFlagship.
