"Best thing to happen to Johnny Manziel was Mack Brown being too stupid to offer him."

Along with Manziel, Griffin and Winston have also both gone on record as having been refused QB recruitment by Texas. 3 heisman in a row, How does this not get more play?

I used to listen to austin radio when Sean Adams had his segment. Never cared for Chip Brown, Ketchum, Beaux Edge or Erin Hogan. But go for broke they axed Adams 4 months ago and i stopped listening.

I liked Sean Adams too! He was by no means an A&M fan, but he was logical and intelligent.

I think that station's owner is going broke or something. They switched formats to light classic rock for most of the day now.

These days, the sports talk portion of that station's broadcast has become a caricature of Longhorn fandom. All they do is sunshine pump and throw jabs at A&M every chance they get. They cut the one talent they had and are letting children have the airtime.

Yeah, i agree with you about Adams. He always gave you both sides of the coin when it came to certain topics and wasnt shy about speaking how he really felt about it. When Ari Tempkin (sp?)co-hosted late afternoons a couple years ago it was a good duo, show was intelligent and funny as hell. Paired up with Chance Mock, Erin Hogan, then Alex Loeb and that was kind of meh... but Adams was definatly listenable.
