Jason Pellerin commits to Ole Miss

After unofficially visiting the Northwestern Wildcats on Friday, many believes he was destined to be a Wildcat with 60% of the crystal ball predictions on 24/7 Sports projecting him to become attend Northwestern. Instead, he received an offer from the Rebels on Sunday and quickly committed.
The 6’4, 215-pound Pellerin is from New Iberia, Louisiana and attends New Iberia Catholic High School. Pellerin is ranked as the country’s 37th-best athlete prospect, the 19th-best overall prospect from the state of Louisiana and the 387th-best overall prospect in the class of 2015, according to 24/7 Sports’ composite rankings.
Pellerin chose the Rebels over the Wildcats and offers from the California Golden Bears, Louisiana Tech Bulldogs and Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns, among others.
