Father hits teacher with Baseball bat after teacher caught inappropriately texting teenage daughter.

Police said it wasn't inappropriate. Father wasn't justified.

That stupid 42-year-old teacher was badgering the dad about seeing his 15-year-old-daughter. I would've hit the SOB over the head with the bat. Several times.

All I will say is that teacher wont be texting any more students for awhile... certainly not that one.

Teacher was told to leave private property and refused. Trespassing, stand your ground, imminent perception of danger - pick your law, the bat was justified.

Yeah, there's pedophilia for prepubescent, hebophilia for 11-14 and ephebophilia for 15-19. They're all bad if you're a 42-year-old, IMO.

18-19 is not "bad" for a 42 year old. Inappropriate maybe, especially in this circumstance.
