It's illegal to cook cornbread in anything except cast-iron skillet.
Well it fricking should be any way that's what gives it that dark hard crust.

Surf and turf.

Lobster tails, steaks and grilled asparagus.

Butcher at grocery wouldn't cut me 5 tri tips so I bought the whole damn sirloin roast where it's cut from. Gonna smoke it bout 5-6 hrs tomorrow for French dip dammit he's after the game. Will attempt to post pics but I've never done that before.

Correct me if I'm wrong, Sowega may need your input here. But I believe you only get one tri tip per sirloin it's the tip, hence the name. Could be wrong though, it happened once before

Yes, one tip per sirloin roast. Butcher says if he cuts the tip off it ruins the sirloin steaks. He was willing to cut me 1, but not 6. I'm cooking for 14-16 people tomorrow.

Not a big fan of lobster. Hope you enjoy though!

My dad cooked us steak and lobster one night when I was about 15 years old. Whole lobster. I cracked the wrong end and a bunch of green goo came out. Can't make myself eat it to this day.
