Ingredients:
Squirt Butter
mozzarella cheese-1 bag shredded
1 Jar/can pickled Jalapenos
Garlic powder
Hot Sauce

Directions:
wash shells of oysters well until clean, Open oysters and place on baking sheet, squirt a little butter, add Garlic powder, top with shredded mozzarella, and then jalapenos.
Cook on grill for 7 to 10 min depending on the cooking temp. ( could be less time if grill is really hot just keep an eye on it until the cheese is melted fully)

Last place on a Saultine and add a few drops of hot sauce and enjoy!

I have also added real bacon bits to this as well which is awesome!

Is the bacon to keep them moist? Hard to cook deer without drying it out.
