There's one in Oxford. It was voted one of the best places to eat breakfast in the country. It's hella good

Yea it's incredible. Up until this morning I thought the only one was still in Oxford. Apparently they opened up here a couple of weeks ago.

SHRIMP & GRITS Jumbo shrimp sautéed with Tabasco/brown sugar cured bacon and tomatoes with grits, red eye gravy, and two eggs cooked to order. Served with your choice of biscuit or toast. 12.50

BIG BAD BREAKFAST PLATE Two eggs cooked to order and choice of bacon, patty sausage, chicken sausage, andouille, or country ham; grits or home fries; gravy (red eye, sausage, or tomato); and toast or biscuit. 8.50

Sounds pretty good.

They opened on June 3rd, only a couple days ago.

It's been in the works for a while. The chef/owner wanted a second location, so he entered into a partnership with the owner of Jim N Nicks to set it up in Birmingham.
