Will OM beat ULL and make it to Omaha for the CWS?

I would like to get a sense of how confident OM fans are heading into this series. I would also like to gauge how confident SEC baseball fans are in OM winning this series.

I think the two teams are evenly matched and on a neutral field I would take OM. I just think the rowdy ULL crowd will carry the Cajuns to a series victory.

I'm also curious to know if MSU fans are rooting for OM this weekend. After losing to ULL last week are they willing to get behind OM for the sake of conference pride?

I want to be confident but I know the routine unfortunately.

And State fans don't pull for OM.

I think you meant UL, no? They go by UL not ULL. (as in THE University of Louisiana, the flagship school in LA)

8/10 if you leave it at this.

Unfortunately we're gonna have to bump it down to a 6.5/10 because of redundancy.

I'm just honestly wondering because UL is all over their uniforms and billboards and advertisements. The flagship school is ALWAYS 100% of the time THE UNIVERSITY OF ________, according to LSU fans when talking about the state of Texas.

My guess, purely speculative. We win game 1 on a very good pitching effort. Seem in control of game 2 and then lose it in some heartbreaking manner. Then manage to get beat all over the field in game 3 to continue the streak of O.M.A.H.A.

That's a good point. Time for LSU fans to come to terms with it.

I mean, they are Louisiana STATE A&M, which is a lil' brother double-whammy. I wish they'd concede that THE U of Louisiana is their big brother, just like they tell us that UTA is Texas AMC's big brother.

......Normally I would agree, I was just wondering how many MSU fans were still butthurt after losing to the Cajuns last week.

I'm happy to root for UGA or LSU in out of conference match ups. I will never root for Auburn or Tennessee.

No amount of butt-hurt can out-weigh the amount of hate they possess for big brother

I literally know nothing about ULL except they have a good line up, a turf field, and a small stadium that doesn't allow opposing fans.

With that being said, I am cautiously optimistic but I know how this turns out.

The better question is: Who will LSU fans be going for? Their most hated rival or big bro?

Most LSU fans will root for ULL because we are threatened by them in any way.

Your LSU obsession is alarming. You should seek professional help.

I hope so

I'm thinking you made this thread for possible bump material ? I guess it could be because there's nothing going on with LSU athletics at this moment though.
