she has probably been held back a few times based on what I know about her. won't believe it till there is something more.

What the hell did she think she was being flown out for? What parents lets their daughter get on a plane and fly somewhere like this? Shes old enough to know what she is doing frick it, the world has bigger problems then what a dumb 16yo girl wants to do with her body.

I didn't see where he flew them to, but they came from Florida - where the age of consent is 18 (there's a Romeo/Juliet provision that lowers it to 16 if the other party is under 24). Assuming he flew them to Texas, he has a slightly better chance because the age of consent there is 17. If they went to Georgia (his hometown), then he gets another year because their age of consent is 16.
State charges, however, probably aren't his biggest worry. Again, assuming the story is accurate, they've got text messages. Those could fall under federal solicitation statutes (18 USC 2422 & 2243), and the age there is 18.
