The most recent incident resulted in three misdemeanors and four traffic violations, the Buffalo News reported Monday afternoon. The charges resulted from alleged street racing in Buffalo, where Dareus plays for the Bills.

As it should be but I didn't see it here or there after a quick glance. And I knew it would be a matter of time before someone posted it.

Is he going to lie about AJ Green again and hope to get a lesser penalty?

Former Alabama DT and current pro-bowl DT for the Bills. And apparently trying to catch Keith McCants in number of total arrests.

Nice thread. If you wouldn't have posted it, an Auburn fan would've. Beating them to the punch.

Maybe he was just in a hurry to get to New York out of boredom?

At least it's not major stuff. Street racing, while not safe, isn't the worst that could happen. It could be worse....... he could be accused of killing multiple people like a former TE from a school in FL.

Exactly, pissing his talent away with stupidity.

He's a starting DT that has earned over $20 million and already participated in a pro bowl.... I hardly call that a waste.

I'm a Bama fan but I can tell you the path he's on won't end well if he doesn't start making better choices off the field.

I don't disagree, but he has time and he's been very productive. He just needs a good influence to make better decisions. Far worse behavior has prospered in the NFL for years.

As Springsteen once sang:

Summer's here and the time is right for going racing in the street.

His brother was the one that went bad. Marcell needs the go back and live with his uncle that was an ex-drill sergeant and made Marcell get up at 5am to do chores and cut grass.

Now he's rich and free from the best mentor he had growing up.

I never put him in the thug category and still don't.

I wonder what I'd have gotten into with that kind of money at his age. I'm not a big Buffalo fan. I worked in that area for a few months and did get to eat at the Buffalo Wings bar that made them famous. That was about all there was around there for a broke working man. -but like i said i was only there a short time.
