College Baseball Daily has reported that first-year coach Sonny Galloway is under internal investigation at Auburn. The report states that a lawsuit was filed against Auburn by former coach Scott Foxhall whose contract was not renewed.
Foxhall had just finished his sixth season with Auburn.
There are also separate lawsuits that have been filed that are also being investigated by the athletic department.

They're just looking for a case to fire him after one season. You need to change the title before all the ATPB'ers rush in with the NCAA is coming crap.

Are there any other details about the lawsuit? Galloway has every right to not renew one of his coaches contract.
