Not sure if any of y'all were just listening to Chuck and Chernoff but they had an interesting thought.

Alabama can't find anyone to fill that last OOC opponent in 2015. If they could make the logistics work, would y'all want the Tide to come to Bobby Dodd? It's almost a sure loss but that would be the most packed that stadium has been in a while. The atmosphere would be great and it could be huge for the program. And who knows, y'all could pull one out.

What do y'all think of the idea?

We were scheduled to play them 2013-2014 and then it was extended out and then it was cancelled

I think it's against Paul Johnson's philosophy to play a strong OCC schedule but he's prolly starting to get it & you will not find a a single Georgia Tech fan that opposes the match-up

I do not see it as a sure loss (or any game) and after Georgia Southern wrecked Saban's defense he prolly doesn't want to play GT as much as CPJ doesn't want to play Bama

Hope the coaches stop being pussies and a game like this happens

shite... I know they had '13 & '14 scheduled, postponed it till '19 & '20 & it's since been cancled....

I bet Bammer doesn't want to give a game back to NATS in ATL... If I was PJ, I'd want my game 1st so bama didn't just pay $1,000,000 & back out on the return...

I haven't really been keeping a close eye on that situation. Just knew they were having trouble finding someone and heard this idea and thought it was an interesting hypothetical.
