I would say he's pretty close to a lock right now. It could change, but for right now, here are the odds from my statistical recruiting model I've built.
LSU - 81.7%
A&M - 18.3%
So if I was a LSU fan, I would be pretty comfortable.

Johnson is not an attention whore, but I would not put much stock into a teenager's tweets. BTW, I would not consider any recruit a lock until the loi is signed.

I'm not really sure what you were referencing, I was just making a poke at LSU's 5for5 deal this last signing day.
Our best foot is forward with Johnson now that Kyler is committed. To me, LSU needs to throw the ball well this season and bring in a top QB recruit and they will easily land TJ. If they don't, he could be more open.

I agree with this. Last season's passing game made a big difference in Dupre's recruitment. It'll be a similar situation with Johnson IMO.

Really? That didn't work out too well for tu. All the eggs in Garret a filberts basket cost them about 2-3 years of shitty QB play, at least.

LSU is looking at getting 2 QBs in 2016. Feleipe Franks and Shea Patterson are at the top of the list.

Actually Johnson had a coach at his high school steering him towards A&M. Johnsons father took a more hands on approach in his recruitment after this came to light and he was turned off on the way A&M was recruiting him.

I watched him a ton last year because my wife's nephew plays for HC. He's a good kid but he has a lot of work to do on the football field. He's very raw right now.
