It's the list we put together in the spring. Don't give him too much credit.

So much fail for one little post.

I would have put "(No Narcissistic Hypocrites)" in the title, but chicken frowns on that

A couple I'd add to that list are DBA in Virginia Highlands and Swallow at the Hollow in downtown Roswell. Both VERY good.

Check out... My new go-to BBQ joint. Used to be Hudsons & Wallace's... No more...

Evans BBQ Company in Villa Rica...

quote:

Evan’s Barbeque Company in Villa Rica opened its doors in November of last year. It is family-owned, and named for their six-year-old son Evan.

Michael and Alicia White have a combined 40+ years experience in the culinary industry. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Michael honed his culinary skills for nine years at the world renowned 21 Club in New York City, followed by four years at The Capital City Club in Atlanta. Alicia worked under several celebrity chefs in New York while attending John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Their 13 years spent in New York City provided them immeasurable experience within the culinary field. The duo remained in NYC for a little over a year and a half following the birth of their son, eventually deciding to return to their Southern roots, seeking more spacious surroundings and closer proximity to family members.

They're Yankees but know their "Q", Check out the menu...
