I agree, but you can't give players unlimited fouls......these games would turn into brawls before halftime.

Did you even read the article? He said every foul would give the other team 2 free throws and the ball. No one would purposely foul after there 5th. Hell most coaches would pull there guys because the penalty would be so steep.
