Received this email today as I'm signed up for their list from last year:
Emailed them and was actually able to confirm my reservation for 2025

Registration for 2014 UGA football season deck parking permits is now open and we want to provide you with some instructions regarding the registration process. As this system is a lottery, and not first-come-first- served, there is no advantage to registering early. Your registration and parking deck choices can be updated at any time prior to the June 20, 2014 at 5 PM deadline for registration.

Yeah, but UGA does get to play teams like Clemson, Notre Dame, and FSU now. There are trade-offs.
