Why did Alabama cancel the scheduled game as soon as Michigan State started showing signs if life?

alabama isn't afraid of anyone.
however, it does suck that interesting home/home matchups like this continue to get cancelled or never scheduled in favor of "neutral site" matchups.
games played on college campuses at college stadiums are good for the sport and good for the fans.
more games at the georgia dome or in jerryworld are just stupid.

Wow, Bama fans really came out of the woodwork proclaiming how "they" were not afraid of Michigan State.
FWIW, I think that the current MSU team would give Bama all they wanted an more. But, that's just me.

Stupid has been working pretty damn good. You might want to give it a go if you feel confident enough for big stage game one.
