@RazorbackFB: Arkansas at Missouri moved to Friday, Razorbacks will play day after Thanksgiving for 17th time in last 19 years LINK #WPS

Looks like we are keeping our time slot and CBS game that we always had with LSU. Hopefully this stays a permanent fixture. We always got a ton of exposure during that game.

Why does it suck? It's a guaranteed prime time game. You can't beat that kind of exposure.

Saturdays are for college football.

And I wish this game wasn't on Turkey weekend. A rivalry like this deserves a rowdy and full campus.

The crowd has always been tremendous for our games with LSU. It will take some time for you guys to get used to but trust me that it is fun.

This is not a rivalry. It might be in the future, but its gonna take years to build into anything resembling a real rivalry.

It's always felt contrived to me, I'm not buying it yet.

Of course it will as did almost every so called rivalry. I don't think anyone assumed it's a bitter rivalry currently but in twenty years I'm confident that there will be plenty of bad blood between the two schools.

Yeah, I kind of meant that it will turn into a rivalry.

I don't really feel the contrived thing. It seems pretty natural to me.

The ozark area is such a melting pot between Missouri and Arkansas, we really are pretty similar people and share really similar landscape.

We're so similar in both major sports, basketball and football will offer a lot of competitive games.

It's gonna be a big rivalry, of all the perma cross division games ours with Arkansas has the most potential to become a legit rivalry game (obviously besides Bama-TN).

Closest thing to it by far.

The Anderson/Haith stuff was a nice flame to it.

People will be out for the game though. I think it will be awesome for us and I am glad it's happening. As cheshire pointed out it's a national game that everyone will be watching.

Since when has that been bad for recruiting?

I think it's great!!!

Living in St. Louis and originally from KC. Either in KC for Thxgiving weekend or family visiting.

Friday is always a stupid shopping day. Gives the day a better purpose, and I'll be home on Saturday without having to deal with family.

Visiting family is like fresh fish. It's great the first day, but by the 3rd day, it starts to turn.

It may actually be nice to have it on this weekend, I'm just anti weekday games in college football and I'd like this game to be played with a full campus of kids.

Good point that it will give us men something good to do on Black Friday.

Having it on a Friday is cool.

I'm not crazy about the CBS aspect, those guys can all eat tiger dick as far as I'm concerned.

Yes... nationally televised games on a day everyone will be tuned in with nothing better to do than regret and shame themselves from the day prior...

I'll deal.

Exactly. It's awesome. Can't fathom why anyone would have a problem with this. It's excellent exposure.

I've come full circle.

This game being on Friday after Turkey Day is a good thing.

Still wish it was when school was in session, but can't have it all.

It's obviously going to be packed.

School in session just adds to the overall atmosphere of the entire campus. Makes for better pre and post game funtime.
