Not sure what the years are supposed to be for here, is it 2000 to 2009 or is it 2000 to present?

If it is 2000 to present then Auburn has to be in 7 to 10 range with 2 number 2 finishes and a Championship as well as 3 SEC championships and 2 undefeated seasons.

LSU has two 13-win seasons, a 12-win season, three 11-win seasons, and two 10-win seasons. 3 National Championship game appearances and 2 National Titles during that span. Hard to believe 5 teams have a better resume than that.

Nice list.

2000-2009
NCs
LSU 2
USC 2
Florida 2
Alabama 1
Ohio St 1
Miami 1
Texas 1
Oklahoma 1

Conf Champs
USC 7
Oklahoma 6
Ohio St 6
LSU 4
Florida 3
Texas 2
Georgia 2
Auburn 1
Alabama 1

Clearly some teams on this chart are not considered for obvious reasons. (Schedule, Weak Conf, etc)

Based on this info, I would say:
1 USC
2 LSU
3 Florida
4 Oklahoma
5 Ohio St
6 Texas
7 Miami
8 Alabama
9 Georgia
10 Boise St*

*I would like to rank them higher, but their strength of schedule is very weak.

Update: Just found out OP list is based off of 2000-2013. Wtf is the point of that.

I took "of the 2000's" to mean 2000-2013.

2000-2009.... How could LSU not at the very least be 3 or higher?

That list is crap IMO
And if they're doing 2000-2013 that's silly anyway. Who seperates time periods by increments of 13?

Do it like everyone else does it...80's, 90's, 00's, 10's

3 12 win seasons
2 13 win seasons
9 bowl wins
5 BCS bowl appearances
4 BCS bowl wins
5 division titles
5 conference championship appearances

3 national championship appearances
2 national championship titles

Even in one of the worst decades of Alabama Football History, we still won a championship.

Is this real life?

Only beat them twice the two years before.
Once at their place.

USC during the last decade had a spectacular nine years at USC, winning two national championships (playing for a third straight title) and seven Pac-10 titles.

Carroll has took the Trojans to seven BCS bowls, produced three Heisman Trophy winners and compiled a remarkable 97-19 record, including 7-2 in bowl gamesand 6-1 in BCS bowl games.

In 2009, USC was named “Team of the Decade” by both CBSSports.com and Football.com, as well as the “Program of the Decade” by SI.com, plus was No. 1 in CollegeFootballNews.com’s “5-Year Program Rankings” and was ranked No. 2 in ESPN.com’s “Prestige Rankings” among all schools since 1936 (behind Oklahoma).[7] Additionally, in 2009, ESPN.com ranked USC the second-best program in college football history.

USC's record against AP Top 10 opponents last 10 years...
