Of course the assumption here is that having a college degree makes you smart. I know lots of people with higher degrees who poke holes in that theory daily.

Since when did college become the standard to measure intelligence? Maybe these SEC states don't have large percentages of college educated because of the availability of good paying jobs that don't require college.

I know a guy in the SEC footprint with a 400 million business and a 3rd grade education. Dude is pretty shrewd about folks and they don't teach you about that in college.

West Virginia. Actually kinda hard to argue against that. But we clearly beat the crap out of Arkansas for #2. I demand a recount.
