This is awesome. Also for those that are a part of the lucid dream master base, what are some ways you figured out you were in a dream? Here's mine..
Go downstairs and see that the doors are the old doors we had before they were replaced. Start panicking that I've been trapped back in time and will have to relive the past 5 years of my life. Wonder if I'm in a dream. Go outside and it's dark. There are sport cars and F1/indy cars streaming past on the street one after another. My cousin shows up in a Mazda miata. Realize that it's a dream, instantly start flying.

I have dreamed lucid twice. I had sex both times.

No one good. One was the first female stranger I encountered and the other was a cousin through marriage. I guess I was too eager to dream up something spectacular.

It helps if you're a light sleeper. Being partially awoken in the middle of a dream is the best way to get lucid. They have visors you can wear that sense when you're in REM sleep, and they flash a little green light that is suppose to wake you partially.
I always know I'm in a dream when I can jump really high, like 50 feet in the air. I think to myself "that's not normal," and that's when I realize I'm dreaming.

I used to have terrifying dreams of falling that always ended in waking up. Then one night I realized it and came up with a way to levitate (not really flying like superman, but avoiding the fall). That has evolved into greater control of the "flying" when I have those dreams. Pretty cool and very real in the moment.
